Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information concerning clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated and client-centered approach to care.

• Deliver crisis interventions and perform risk assessments to manage the safety and well-being of clients whenever necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups that cater to the unique needs of client populations.

You will be working primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
