Entry Level Staff Accountant

Entry-Level Junior Staff Accountant Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications Internship or prior accounting experience preferred Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, or Oracle Knowledge of GAAP principles Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Full Benefits Offered.
