Office Services Associate Bellevue, WA (Onsite) 4+ Months Mon-Fri, 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Join a dynamic office services team to providing high-quality production, document management, mailing, and customer support services.

Handle high-volume printing, copying, sorting, mailing, and document processing while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Receive, check, open, process, organize, and store documents in designated files.

Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office environment while supporting daily operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D/3D printing and copying equipment to complete production requests accurately and efficiently.
• Process, sort, scan, copy, and distribute documents and materials as required.
• Receive, inspect, open, process, organize, and store documents in appropriate files.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate service calls, and manage incoming job requests.
• Track completed work, maintain accurate records, and calculate service charges when applicable.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of paper, toner, supplies, and other production materials.
• Coordinate the delivery and distribution of completed print and document jobs.
• Provide occasional reception and general office support as needed.
• Assist with meeting room setup, light maintenance, and other building support activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines when operating equipment and handling materials.
• Work collaboratively with team members while also completing assigned tasks independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous experience with copy, print, mailroom, production, or office services is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to understand and follow complex instructions, procedures, and technical information.
• Primarily work in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, temperature, and noise levels.
• Position may require extended periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, and perform other physical activities as required.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50–55 lbs.
• May occasionally push or pull equipment on wheels weighing up to approximately 700 lbs. when relocating machines for service or repairs.
• Walking between buildings may be required.
• Must be able to safely handle office equipment, materials, and production supplies.
