Business Analyst

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Business Analyst position for one of our top clients in Santa Clara, CA.

• Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month engagement at one of our Global clients in Santa Clara. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As a Business Analyst placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:


As a Business Analyst, Robotics, you will play a central role in the success of the next generation of surgical robotics by bringing technical expertise and organizational skills to a sophisticated, fast-paced development team. You are a problem-solver, detail-oriented, and have a knack for connecting disparate pieces of information in a clear, concise manner. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows and processes to improve our operational efficiency, data management, and overall business productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional partners to identify currently used systems and pain points.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonize, and optimize deployed Jira workspace with 600+ users
• Research and evaluate potential solutions for Portfolio Management tool to provide visibility to Executive Leadership team on project status and resource constraints.
• Configure and build dashboards that link Jira, Airtable, Microsoft project, and other tools.
• Identify areas where we can automate manual processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is appreciated but not required.

Experience and Skills

• 4+ years in designing and implementing automated software workflows and processes
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Jira integrations
• Database deployment and configuration
• Experience working in regulated industry (medical, aerospace, pharmaceutical, automotive, etc.)
