Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, tailoring approaches to fit each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide options for teletherapy, allowing you to connect with clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. You will work closely with clients to help them navigate their journeys toward healing and personal growth, promoting resilience and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude towards client circumstances.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple clients and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While specific experience is not required, those with a background in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or evidence-based therapeutic practices will find valuable opportunities for impact in our practice. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
