Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Delivering ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for clients.

• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges and mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable adults who may be experiencing manageable mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or stress-related issues. By providing telehealth services, you will have the unique opportunity to reach clients who may benefit from flexible therapy options, particularly those who face barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychology Doctorate (PsyD).

• Independently licensed without requiring supervision, with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively use technology in a remote counseling setting, including a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n
