The role involves working in a 20-bed neuroscience unit, dealing with various diagnoses such as stroke, seizures, and neurological disorders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Neuro

• Deliver expert patient care in a neuroscience unit
• Administer medications and manage drips as per physician's orders
• Assist in the management of neurological and post-operative spine patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress accurately using EPIC

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Neuro

• Possession of a valid RN license
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Extensive neuro experience with proficiency in G-tubes
• Recent experience with EPIC charting
