Payer Contracting & Revenue Integrity Expert

The Role We are looking for an experienced managed care leader to work directly with the founders as a subject matter expert during product development. You will help us understand how provider organizations negotiate, manage, monitor, and enforce payer contracts, and help ensure we are solving the highest-value problems in the market. What You’ll Help Us With Map real-world managed care contracting workflows Identify common sources of underpayments, reimbursement leakage and contract non-compliance Review payer contracts, fee schedules, reimbursement methodologies and payment variance workflows Help prioritize product features and workflows Validate customer pain points and product assumptions Introduce best practices from hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and payers Participate in periodic strategy and product review sessions What We Are Specifically Looking For Managed care directors or VPs who have negotiated and enforced payer contracts at a health system Revenue cycle consultants who have personally audited remittances against contracted rates and found the gaps Former payer executives who understand how adjudication decisions get made from the inside VP Managed Care VP Payer Contracting Chief Managed Care Officer Director of Revenue Integrity Revenue Integrity Executive Healthcare consulting leadership Why Join This is an opportunity to help define a new category in healthcare technology from the ground up.
