Marketing Event Coordinator

We're looking for an organized, tech-savvy professional to support day-to-day marketing operations for our North America team. This role suits someone who enjoys structuring information, picking up new tools quickly, and helping keep marketing processes and systems running smoothly. You’ll build hands-on experience across event platforms, reporting, budget tracking, CRM systems, and cross-functional coordination — developing a strong foundation for a career in marketing, events, or operations. What You’ll Do Event Support Help build and update event registration pages, manage invitations, contacts, and registrations, and generate related reports Support onsite logistics such as attendee check-in and badge printing as needed Apply data privacy practices to event-related work and help ensure compliance Monitor a shared event inbox, respond to routine attendee questions, and help clean and manage spreadsheet-based attendee/nomination lists Reporting & Analytics Collect, organize, and validate data to support team reports and dashboards Prepare and submit recurring reports using existing templates Take ownership of select ad hoc reports and dashboards Data Privacy Support Help track marketing activities for compliance purposes, support internal and external audits, and help maintain adherence to relevant data protection policies Assist with contracts, invoices, and payment processing through internal systems Support budget tracking and maintenance, including spreadsheet updates and gathering inputs from internal stakeholders What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) A few years of professional experience, including some exposure to marketing, events, operations, or project coordination Strong spreadsheet and presentation software skills Comfortable learning new software tools quickly; familiarity with event management platforms, CRM systems, or BI/reporting tools a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Nice to Have Exposure to event management or registration platforms Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools Experience with dashboards or data visualization Interest in building a long-term career in marketing operations or event production #J-18808-Ljbffr
