This Health Unit Coordinator role is a PRN Days position with shifts of 7:00am-7:00pm and is located at Baptist Beaches.We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have confidence working in a clerical role. Health Unit Coordinators (HUCs) are responsible for secretarial activities of the nursing unit.Additional Responsibilities Include:Answering call lights and phone calls promptlyOrdering and taking inventory of unit supplies and equipmentMaintaining patient chart foldersGreeting and assisting all customers while adhering to service excellence principlesMaintaining a neat and orderly nursing stationOther duties and responsibilities as assignedExperience Requirements:NoneEducation & Credential Requirements:High School Diploma/GED RequiredAssociate's Degree PreferredBasic Life Support (BLS) RequiredBaptist Beaches provides beaches residents with easy access to comprehensive, high-tech medical and surgical care close to home.
