Operations Manager Dallas, Texas – Flexible working About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence for our technology partner business. You’ll manage financial approvals, sales operations, outreach, back‑office administration, and client engagement while leading a distributed team. Key Responsibilities Approve expenses and monitor budgets. Oversee CRM (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline reporting. Manage onboarding for clients and contractors. Lead U.S. and offshore team members. Join client calls, handle contracts, and maintain strong relationships. What We’re Looking For 4–5 years in operations management (tech/services). Strong financial and organisational skills. Experience with large-scale software businesses. Excellent communication and ability to manage distributed teams.
