Regional Sales Leader - Aesthetics

AbbVie seeks a Regional Sales Leader to drive sales strategy and market growth for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio across a region. Leading a team of 7–10 representatives, the role focuses on execution of facial and skincare product strategies, account development, and cross-portfolio coordination to meet revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy to drive market penetration and portfolio growth
- Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives focused on Facial and SkinMedica products
- Manage account strategies and execution plans with key regional accounts
- Coordinate cross-portfolio sales execution and lead regional pod meetings to align strategies
- Partner with practice consultants and digital consultants to optimize engagement with top accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years sales and sales management experience
- Proven track record leading teams in pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer sales
- Direct sales and cash environment (B2B) expertise, particularly in aesthetics
- Physician and account-based selling, training, or business development experience
- Cross-functional team leadership capability
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening
