Customer Service Representative
Location: Client Site Pay Rate: $21 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (1st Shift)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting brand loyalty. This role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, professional support via telephone, email, online chat, and other electronic communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to supervisors or technicians as necessary.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding service status updates.
- Take ownership of service calls and utilize formal and informal channels to expedite resolutions.
- Manage and organize departmental records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exercise independent judgment to troubleshoot and resolve routine administrative and service-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with other web-based platforms is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC literacy and organizational abilities.
- Dependable with consistent attendance and performance.
