Our client is a regional plaintiff-side employment firm who has a strong history of performance and continued growth - both organically in existing offices and through market expansion into new jurisdictions. This firm has invested over several years to optimized internal process, systems, and technology to maximize the quality of services for their clients while increasing their efficiency among the team.
This team has a healthy culture across their firm, they work well together, and their culture permeates their work product, services delivered to their clients, and their relationships.
Current Need: Experienced Employment Attorney in SC: This firm is growing seek experienced, senior attorneys with solid employment law experience. The Ideal candidates will be established attorneys who have employment law experience. Attorneys who have defense side employment law experience are good candidates as well.
Education Requirements : Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Licensure/Certification: Active member of the SC Bar
Experience Requirements:
- Solid experience and knowledge of Employment Law, 5+ years post JD
- Defense-side experience is ok if the attorney wants to shift to represent plaintiffs.
- Established in the target geographical market.
Locations: Open to anywhere in SC
