Credit Analyst II

Job Details Job Location: Tulsa-Yale - Tulsa, OK 74137 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: Day Job Category: Banking The Credit Analyst II is responsible for the investigation and analysis of credit risks. The Credit Analyst II resolves moderately complex credit problems, develops and maintains financial background information on present and prospective customers, and develops credit studies for loan officers and committees. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzes all customer financial information, including but not limited to, business tax returns and financial statements, personal tax returns and financial statements, credit reports, rent rolls, budgets, projections and any other financial information available. Determines and performs appropriate level of stress testing. Identifies risk and potential ways to mitigate it. Risk rates the loan based on transaction, property, borrower and guarantor. Researches markets and industries and prepare reports for management. Prepares summary tables and writes the financial analysis section for loan proposals and makes recommendations to lender. Performs annual status reports on existing loans and relationships. Non-Essential Functions: Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business-related field, or minimum 5 years' equivalent work experience, required. 2-4 years' experience in commercial credit analysis and/or commercial lending, required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Basic understanding of underwriting income-producing real estate. Basic understanding in C&I underwriting. Good working knowledge of lending processes and subject matter. Ability to handle complex issues and problems; excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A significant level of trust and diplomacy required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
