This role is primarily in-office in a modern downtown setting, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week) after a successful 90-day onboarding period. Note This role requires prior hands‑on experience as a transactional real estate paralegal supporting attorneys on commercial or complex real estate matters. Job Description Support attorneys in commercial and transactional real estate matters from start to finish Conduct and review title, survey, UCC, lien, and zoning searches Draft, revise, and organize purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents Manage due diligence materials, transaction checklists, and critical deadlinesCoordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and governmental agencies Prepare closing binders, record documents, and assist with real estate closings Maintain organized transaction files and perform related legal research as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a transactional real estate paralegal Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast‑paced legal environment Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a team that values professionalism, mutual respect, and high-quality work.
