Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, maintaining and updating records, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data into our system accurately and efficiently

- Maintain and update records as needed

- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity

- Verify data by comparing it to source documents

- Identify and correct errors in data entry

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

- Strong attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
