Role & Summary of Responsibilities Be passionate about patient care, problem‑solving, open to learn new skills, not afraid of a high paced environment and being a team player. You will provide support to the following locations: Woodbridge and Princeton, NJ Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic venous duplex ultrasound scans, rule out DVT scans, and post procedure scans. Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography exams in accordance with patient safety protocols, policies, and procedures. Medical intakes. Enter medical notes in our EMR system. Use sterile technique for procedure set up and prep patients for procedures. Assist during procedures. Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA. Properly care for Ultrasound equipment and notifies the office if there are any issues. Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with co‑workers and members of the health care team. Requirements Associate's degree in Medical Sonography. Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Sonographer. Experience with EMR systems. Certification: Certified Medical Sonographer. RVT or RVS preferred. Lower extremity/vascular preferred.
