Payroll Administrator

Payroll AdministratorThe Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing U.S. and global payrolls accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. This role maintains payroll records, manages deductions and tax filings, reconciles payroll data, resolves payroll issues with employees and vendors, and supports reporting and audits. The position also provides employee and manager training on payroll and benefits systems, including timesheets, PTO, benefits changes, and open enrollment. Strong multistate payroll expertise, attention to detail, system knowledge, and problem-solving skills are key for success. (Boston, Hybrid)Strong expertise in multistate payroll processing, with in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.Global payroll experience is highly preferred.Advanced proficiency in UKG is preferred.High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail across all areas of payroll administration.
