Facilities Coordinator

Location: Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator, where you\'ll synchronize the activities of the General Services Department for assigned neighborhoods. The Coordinator will liaise between General Services and resident/staff as well as mange the work of outside contractors. How you will make an impact Coordinate re-occupancies of units in assigned neighborhoods Coordinates special projects as a follow up to major issues that impact resident apartments/resident building hallways, etc. Select and oversee the work of outside contractors for projects. Communicate with new residents to explain the operation of each department within General Services Investigate complaints, suggestions, and occurrences Audit all facilities for proper maintenance, repair, and cleanliness; coordinates needed repairs with the appropriate department(s) Deliver high-quality customer service by building positive relationships and ensuring resident satisfaction. What you will need Preferred: 1 year experience in an office environment or within a department with responsibility for facilities management Valid driver\u2019s license Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed. Working knowledge of building systems preferred Ability to assess resident or other complaints and resolve disputes in a friendly and professional manner Customer service experience preferred Ability to work autonomously Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
