A company is looking for a Principal Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships in North America. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring retention, growth, and customer success Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to drive loyalty and advocacy Lead complex initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and outcomes Required Qualifications 10+ years of Account Management experience in the SaaS industry 3+ years in a Strategic Account Manager or Principal Account Manager role with $1M+ ARR relationships Proven success with global enterprise customers in a reseller or channel context Experience with data analytics and decision-making to improve account performance Exposure to structured sales methodologies applicable to customer value enhancement
