Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across multiple buildings near Creswell, OR. This position focuses on providing in-person speech-language pathology services within a welcoming, collaborative educational setting. With an easy caseload and a majority of students presenting low behavioral needs, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact, primarily working with high school and elementary-aged students in the Oakridge School District.

What You Bring:

• Active and up-to-date Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) state licensure, plus ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Direct experience working within school settings, serving a variety of grade levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication for students across K-12
• Comfortable working independently and across multiple school sites
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and thorough documentation
• Dedication to providing only in-person services (virtual or hybrid work is not an option for this assignment)
• Willingness to submit a professional reference sheet

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and support for students with communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure each student reaches their potential
• Maintain compliance with IEPs and district/school documentation standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings across buildings as needed
• Manage time efficiently across assigned schools within the district

This is a full-time role, offering approximately 37.5-40 hours weekly throughout the 2026–2027 school year, with a schedule and caseload designed to foster your professional growth and work-life balance.
