In this role, you’ll work across two high schools and one elementary school, splitting your time each week between the Westmoreland campus, a hub for students with special needs, and Lane Schools, where your focus will include supporting socialization. With a diverse caseload of approximately 33 students, you’ll develop your expertise by supporting life skills programming. There’s a preference (but not a requirement) for experience in feeding/swallowing safety and AAC—you’ll receive training if needed. While you’ll operate independently on-site, you’ll be part of a supportive SLP network offering regular virtual collaboration and monthly team meetings, plus in-person collaboration with special educators, paraprofessionals, and assistants.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and CCC
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Experience with life skills programming, AAC, and feeding/swallowing safety preferred (training provided)
• Team-oriented, flexible, and passionate about making a difference

• Deliver individualized therapy for students in life skills programming (caseload ~33)
