Step into a rewarding speech-language pathology opportunity supporting K-12 students across multiple buildings near Eugene, Oregon. This full-time, in-person contract role offers the chance to make a direct impact during the 26/27 school year while working hands-on with a welcoming student population.

You’ll be joining a supportive educational services environment, filling a critical in-person need following a virtual placement. The caseload is considered manageable, featuring mostly high school and elementary students with low behavioral needs. Your expertise and compassionate care will help students unlock their potential and achieve their speech and communication goals in a collaborative, resource-rich setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Oregon and eligibility to practice in school settings
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience in K-12 school environments ideal
• Ability to work full-time on-site (no virtual or hybrid options)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services and evaluations for assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
• Accurately document student progress and maintain compliance with district guidelines
