Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license valid in Oregon (required for school-based practice)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Relevant experience in school settings, particularly working with K-12 students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Willingness to provide in-person services exclusively (no hybrid or virtual options)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy and assessment services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to support student success in academic and social settings
• Maintain thorough records and communicate progress with families and the educational team
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
