Coinbase is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to own Tier 2 escalations across macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Android, and Windows/AWS Workspaces. You will manage Google Workspace, Atlassian, Okta, Jamf, and Slack in a 1,000+ user environment and drive root-cause analyses for high-impact issues. You’ll collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and others to improve service delivery, write SOPs, and automate workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coinbase
