Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history and any concurrent mental health conditions.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to meet clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to integrated care.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, helping them understand the recovery process and encouraging their involvement.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records consistent with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Your primary focus will be on adults struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also be grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Strong therapeutic skills with demonstrated ability to motivate clients through challenging times.
