Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Consult with the clinical team to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
\n
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner to meet regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of care.
\n
• Establish and strengthen relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to enhance program visibility and identify funding opportunities.

• Engage in professional development by attending conferences and representing the agency at statewide meetings.
\n
• Promote and integrate the agency's mission and values in all aspects of work.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall goals of the organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 86,000 – 103,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
