Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, including thorough intake interviews and standardized assessment tools, to evaluate their psychological and emotional well-being.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans based on the assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various psychological concerns.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic sessions to clients, offering support, guidance, and appropriate coping strategies to help them navigate their mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of interactions with clients, treatment progress, and any modifications to the treatment plan using our EHR system to ensure accurate and compliant records.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each client.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to case discussions, sharing insights, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. The ideal candidate should possess a nuanced understanding of different cultural contexts and how they impact mental health, enabling them to provide culturally competent care that resonates with each client's specific circumstances.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in individualized and group therapy modalities.
• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, supplemented by advanced skills in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments.

Compensation and Benefits
