Skilled in team management, quality control, and adapting under pressure to deliver excellent guest experiences and seamless catering services. Key Responsibilities Lead event food prep, coordinate staff, manage supplies, create timelines, ensure food safety, control costs, and handle last-minute changes. Maintain cleanliness, train staff, and assist with setup and breakdown. QualificationsQualifications Experience in catering, banquet, or high-volume food production. Strong leadership, organizational skills, food safety knowledge, and reliability. ServSafe preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Background check required.
