We’re looking for motivated, personable sales representatives to help individuals and families find life insurance coverage that fits their needs and budget. This remote opportunity connects you with inbound inquiries and warm leads who have expressed interest in life insurance.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective clients through inbound calls and warm-lead follow-up.
• Ask questions to understand each client’s coverage needs and budget.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and accurately.
• Guide clients through applications and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, applications, and follow-up activity.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations and company procedures.

• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

• The ability to stay organized and manage your work independently.
• Comfort discussing financial protection and asking for the sale.
• Reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet space to take calls.
• An active life insurance license in the states where you sell.
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
