This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including CRE finance, commercial lending, and multifamily housing. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD financing, and will be proficient in conducting real estate due diligence, including title and survey review. Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401K Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing. Draft, review, and negotiate complex loan documents, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough real estate due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning review, and condominium review. Serve as a trusted advisor on matters related to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD financing. Represent the firm in interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Stay abreast of the latest developments in real estate law and finance, applying this knowledge to provide cutting-edge advice to clients. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful transactions. Qualifications A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the state. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Finance Associate, Real Estate Counsel, or similar role in the legal industry. Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate, real estate finance, and real estate transactions. Proficiency in CRE finance, commercial lending, title review, survey review, and loan document drafting. Experience with real estate due diligence, zoning review, condominium review, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and multifamily housing. Familiarity with HUD financing. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
