Your Role – Discover What Awaits

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and additional disciplines—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance alongside calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection while meticulously preparing samples for examination as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, assist in training new team members or students, and maintain the lab's high quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure workplace while abiding by all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ensure current certification is maintained throughout employment.
