Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Supporting the digital presence of Care Centers, the full-time Senior Digital Marketing Associate will manage website support operations, engage with providers, and assist with various digital projects in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the digital infrastructure for Care Centers Provide customer support and resolve website support cases while managing the support queue Oversee project management for complex website requests and create documentation for digital marketing offerings Required qualifications BA or BS in Digital Marketing, Management, or related fields preferred 3+ years of experience in website management/support and project management Understanding of web UX best practices and project management practices Experience with Acquia Drupal preferred and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
