This entry-level dental lab technician position is a good fit for people with no experience. We train you across every area of the lab, including same-day denture fabrication and implant cases.

What You'll Do

• Pour dental impressions into plaster and stone to create accurate denture models

• Trim and finish plaster models

• Articulate cases for denture and implant prosthetics

• Polish and finish dentures to a high standard

• Perform general dental lab duties, including cleanup, organization, and case flow

• Follow OSHA safety protocols and cross-train in all areas of the lab

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfort working with your hands, with good hand-eye coordination

• Mechanical or artistic ability, such as sculpting, model building, or fine craft work

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong organizational skills and a team-first attitude

• Willingness to learn every area of the lab

• Preferred, not required: 0-6 months of experience trimming and pouring denture models, or plaster bench experience
