Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, to provide ongoing support and monitoring of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance abuse. By employing an empathetic approach, you will help clients navigate their unique challenges and develop strategies to enhance their overall well-being. Understanding the cultural context in which each client lives is paramount to building effective therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating competence in various therapeutic approaches.
