Roscoe Care Center, a happening 99-bed SNF in North Hollywood, CA, is on the lookout for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to jazz up our skilled nursing team. - Check out residents' speech and swallowing skills with fancy assessments.
- Craft and rock personalized treatment plans based on assessments, resident goals, and doc's orders.
- Work your speech therapy magic with articulation, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing tricks.
- Keep tabs on resident progress and tweak treatment plans as needed.
- Team up with other cool cats in the interdisciplinary crew for optimal resident vibes.
- School residents and families on speech therapy goals, plans, and home play.
- Keep the speech therapy records shipshape.
- Dive into meetings, learning sesh, and projects to amp up quality.
- Stay in the loop on speech therapy trends and rules.
What You'll Need:
- A shiny Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of the job.
- At least 2 years of healthcare magic, SNF experience preferred.
