Responsibilities Administrative office tasks, including but not limited to taking payments, researching billing issues, answering calls, quoting coverage changes and following up on payments and cancellations. Completing policy reviews and underwriting requests. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Continuously looking for sales opportunities in the conversations had on a daily basis. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Highland Park Shopping Center. Our office is open 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00 Saturday. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
