Strategic Planning and Operations Manager In this vital role you will be primarily focused on leading New Product Introductions (NPI) and manufacturing operation execution into external manufacturing and supplier sites as well as advancing business process development and digital integration. Specific Responsibilities Lead complex new product introduction technology transfer activities for new launches or programs transferring into CDMOs or suppliers by coordinating execution of cross‑functional workstreams. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring adherence to business processes, and oversee multiple complex projects. Build and maintain project plans and team assignments using project planning tools, estimate project cost, adhere to budget, identify resource needs, perform project reviews, and raise issues appropriately. Utilize project management processes, software and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Develop, implement, and deploy digital tools and dashboards using software such as Smartsheet and Power BI to support project management and communication to cross‑functional teams and leadership. Handle communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact scope, budget, risk and resources of the work being managed and provide project updates and reporting to executive leadership and internal partners. Ensure accuracy and completion of data entries and tasks for budget development, monitoring and reporting; contract inputs and requirements, confidentiality disclosures, scope of work agreements, pricing requests and supply agreements. Own deviations (major/minor), maintain and monitor systems to ensure all deviations are investigated and concluded per quality standards, optimise deviations management, corrective and preventive actions effectiveness. Own SICAR, CAPA, CAPA EV and other complex change control records; report contract site performance metrics to site lead, identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement projects. Oversee procurement/payment of invoices and develop & lead execution of strategies and business processes to support external supply goals.
