Assistant General ManagerThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. Perks include free uniforms, employee discounts, and wellness resources.Key responsibilities include daily management, training, acting as an ambassador, lead production, goal achievement, promotions, member retention, club excellence, and admin support.Qualifications include 1–3 years of sales experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, strong communication skills, proficiency in basic computer systems, a high school diploma or GED, ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs, current CPR/AED certification, and a nationally recognized personal training certification.Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearTrain Different, Live Different, Work Different.
