Mood Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Columbia, Greenville & Spartanburg, SC) - Johson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Mood Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive demand for Spravato across Columbia, Greenville, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. The role focuses on clinical selling, territory management, and achieving sales objectives in the neuroscience therapeutic area.
Responsibilities
- Drive Spravato demand generation through clinical selling and product differentiation using approved studies
- Develop and execute territory coverage plans maximizing access to key healthcare stakeholders
- Create customer-specific selling strategies aligned with institutional philosophies and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with sales leadership, market access, and operations to meet territory-level sales goals
- Maintain compliance with company policies and achieve call plan, training, and operational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Valid driver's license from a U.S. state
- Five years sales experience, including three years healthcare sales
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
- Must live in or relocate to the assigned South Carolina territory
- Specialty sales experience in related therapeutic areas preferred
