We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role you will play a key part in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting for a variety of clients. The position emphasizes higher‑level accounting responsibilities rather than just transactional tasks. It involves general ledger analysis, month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Please note, this is not a remote job. Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform general ledger account reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and fixed assets. Analyze and maintain the integrity of the general ledger. Prepare and post monthly journal entries. Complete bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes. Support financial reporting, including consolidations where applicable. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Collaborate with internal team members to troubleshoot and improve processes. Comfortable interacting with clients via phone, email, and in person. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required). 5+ years of accounting experience. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and organization. Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A strong work ethic and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
