Medical Device Manufacturing Technician
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts

Job Overview
We are seeking a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician to support the manufacturing and assembly of medical devices in a regulated production environment. This position involves assembling products, operating production equipment, performing inspections, supporting equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality medical devices in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and components according to production schedules and work instructions.
• Work on various manufacturing lines, including cartridge filling, applicator assembly, and packaging operations.
• Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble products accurately.
• Perform inspections, testing, and calibration to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assist with Research & Development (R&D) builds and prototype production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment, including cleanroom and packaging areas.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company procedures, and safety policies.
• Support compliance with FDA, ISO, and CMDR quality requirements.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in a related field preferred.
• • Level I: 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
  • Level II: 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Level III: 5 or more years of related experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and specifications in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as microscopes is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to rotate between multiple production tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours when required.
