Business Development Specialist

Business Development / Client Success Associate We are hiring a customer-focused Business Development / Client Success Associate to support client relationships and deliver high-level service. This role will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience while helping drive engagement and long-term partnerships. This is a highly customer service–driven position where responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building are key. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt, high-quality support Build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and work toward first-call resolution whenever possible Provide onboarding and ongoing training on systems, tools, and services Help clients fully utilize available products/services through clear communication and guidance Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience Drive engagement and encourage participation in programs and offerings Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for process and service improvements Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in customer service, client support, or sales support Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred Bilingual required (must be able to communicate effectively in two languages, both written and verbal) Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000 + bonus potential Onsite role with a client-facing environment (Atlanta-based office) #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
