Alternative Investment Operations Specialist I Process all documents for Alternative Investment (AI) products that UMB services. Review documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, research and resolve items that are not in good order, and help train new associates while assisting the manager with project work. Responsibilities Use attention to detail to ensure transactions are processed accurately and timely to achieve customer satisfaction. Use data entry skills to input investor information into the database to achieve complete accuracy. Leverage relationship‑building capability to review the work of other specialists and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. One year of transaction processing experience. Compensation $33,920.00 - $65,380.00 (range; actual compensation may vary by location, experience level, and other factors).
