Director OF Revenue Management

Overseeing the implementation of strategic cash management functions, the full-time remote Director of Cash Management will manage daily operations, optimize best practices, and ensure effective reconciliation and resolution of payments. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day cash management operations, including bank reconciliation and payment resolution Implement and optimize best practices and standardized workflows for cash management through continuous improvement initiatives Develop and monitor departmental metrics to measure performance and address productivity goals across service delivery centers Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred At least seven years of revenue cycle management experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry At least four years of supervisory or management experience preferred Global service delivery reconciliation/posting experience required Strong working knowledge of cash reconciliation and posting
