Medical Front Office Pay: $21.00$22.00 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Front Office professional to join a busy medical office. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient-focused, organized, and enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have previous medical front office experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Check patients in for scheduled appointments Verify insurance coverage and eligibility Collect patient copays and provide receipts Accurately enter and update patient information in the EMR system Work with Greenway software for patient records and information Maintain accurate and confidential patient information Provide excellent customer service and support to patients Work closely with other team members to support daily front office operations Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements Requirements Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience Bilingual English/Spanish required Previous EMR experience; Greenway experience is a plus Strong data entry and 10-key skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Patient-focused with a professional and compassionate approach Strong team player Reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong attention to detail and accuracy This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced medical front office professional looking for a long-term position where reliability, teamwork, and quality patient service are valued.
