Enhance the educational experience of young learners as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting two local elementary schools. This contract opportunity provides the flexibility of working two days a week, with each day dedicated to assisting students in one of the buildings. Utilize your expertise to foster communication development in a dynamic, welcoming school environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligibility
• Background in pediatric speech therapy and experience within a school setting strongly preferred
• Capable of working effectively with diverse elementary-aged student populations
• Familiarity with IEP Writer or willingness to learn this documentation tool is a plus
• Experience with teletherapy or SLPA supervision considered advantageous
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans focused on individual student needs
• Complete assessments and maintain documentation in compliance with both school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to promote student success
• Travel between two elementary buildings on assigned days
• Contribute your knowledge to IEP meetings, progress reporting, and goal setting
• Support new Clinical Fellows as needed
