Specialised Part-Time Consulting Opportunity

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for native or fluent Peruvian Spanish speakers to participate in customer experience testing through live phone conversations and structured interaction scenarios.

This short-term remote project involves making and receiving test calls, interacting with conversational systems in Peruvian Spanish, and providing practical feedback on conversation flow, response quality, and overall user experience. No specialised industry or technical background is required.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Testing

• Participate in live customer experience testing scenarios conducted in Peruvian Spanish
• Interact naturally with conversational systems during scheduled test calls
• Evaluate whether interactions feel clear, coherent, and appropriate
• Identify issues affecting conversation flow or overall user experience
• Approach scenarios from the perspective of a typical customer

Phone-Based Interaction

• Make outbound test calls as required by assigned scenarios
• Receive inbound calls during testing sessions
• Follow straightforward prompts and conversation scenarios
• Maintain clear and natural spoken communication throughout each interaction
• Use reliable audio equipment and a suitable environment for high-quality calls

Conversation Review

• Assess responses for clarity, relevance, and conversational quality
• Identify awkward, confusing, incomplete, or inappropriate interactions
• Note situations where the conversation does not progress naturally
• Evaluate whether responses are understandable to Peruvian Spanish speakers
• Apply everyday language judgement rather than specialised domain expertise

User Experience Feedback

• Provide clear feedback following testing sessions
• Highlight issues affecting usability or conversational flow
• Document notable strengths, weaknesses, or recurring interaction problems
• Follow project instructions when reporting observations
• Complete assigned testing activities accurately and consistently

Ideal Profile

• Native or fluent Peruvian Spanish speaker
• Clear and natural spoken Spanish
• Able to make and receive reliable phone calls with good audio quality
• Comfortable participating in live conversation-based testing
• Able to follow straightforward prompts and scenarios consistently
• Strong attention to conversational clarity and user experience
• Able to work independently
• Available to begin immediately
• No specialised professional or technical expertise is required

Engagement Details

• Short-term independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: Up to $7/hour
• Expected duration: approximately 12 weeks
• Expected commitment: approximately 13 hours per day
• Immediate start
• Work primarily involves live phone calls and customer experience testing in Peruvian Spanish
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project needs and performance
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
