Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, thereby guiding treatment strategies.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy, implementing evidence-based therapies that align with clients' specific situations and goals.

• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, establishing clear objectives and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated care approach, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Lead crisis interventions and create safety plans when necessary, ensuring that clients feel supported during vulnerable moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
